The Y82/F-100 Vertical Waste Paper Baler is a powerful, space-efficient hydraulic baling press designed for high-volume recycling and waste management. Engineered with a 100-ton nominal pressing force, this model delivers exceptional compaction performance, making it ideal for processing bulky recyclable materials in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and recycling facilities.
The Y82/F-100 is an ideal solution for medium to large businesses that require high-capacity waste handling in a compact form factor. Whether you're baling cardboard, plastics, or mixed recyclables, this machine delivers consistent performance and long-term operational value.
Model: Y82/F-100
Pressing Force: 100 tons (Nominal)
Chamber Size (L×W×H): 1200 × 900 × 1600 mm
Bale Size (L×W): 1220 × 920 mm (Height adjustable based on material volume)
Loading Chamber:
Waste materials such as cardboard, paper, plastic films, or PET bottles are loaded into the large vertical chamber (1200×900×1600 mm) through the top opening. This process is usually manual but can be semi-automated with conveyor systems.
Hydraulic System:
Hydraulic Pump & Motor: An electric motor powers a high-efficiency hydraulic pump, which circulates oil from a reservoir.
Hydraulic Cylinder: High-pressure fluid is channeled into a robust hydraulic cylinder that delivers up to 100 tons of downward force.
Platen (Press Plate): The piston drives the platen to descend onto the waste, compressing it against the chamber floor with immense pressure.
Compression Process:
The high-tonnage force compacts the materials into a dense, manageable block. The machine can achieve up to 90% volume reduction, depending on the material type and loading density.
Bale Formation and Retention:
As compression completes, the bale takes shape. Retainer dogs or teeth inside the chamber help keep materials compressed and prevent spring-back.
Tying System:
After the final compression cycle, the bale is secured using manual or semi-automatic wire strapping. Tie slots are provided for quick and easy access.
Bale Ejection:
Once tied, the platen retracts, and the compacted bale is ejected—usually through the front—either manually or with the aid of a hydraulic bale ejector (if equipped). The bale dimensions are 1220 × 920 mm, with adjustable height based on compaction.
Paper Products: OCC (Old Corrugated Cardboard), office paper, newspapers, magazines.
Plastics: PET bottles, HDPE containers, stretch film, plastic wrap, strapping.
Other: Light metals (aluminum cans), textiles, foam, and other soft recyclables.
✅ High Compression Power: 100-ton force ensures heavy-duty performance, suitable for high-density bales.
✅ Space-Saving Footprint: Vertical design occupies minimal floor space compared to horizontal balers.
✅ Cost Efficiency: Reduces hauling frequency and container usage, lowering waste disposal expenses.
✅ Revenue Potential: Produces uniform, stackable bales that are attractive for resale to recycling processors.
✅ Operational Efficiency: Large chamber and fast cycle time allow quick material throughput and labor savings.
✅ Improved Safety & Cleanliness: Keeps work areas neat, reduces fire hazards, and minimizes trip risks.
✅ Eco-Friendly: Promotes recycling, reduces landfill volume, and contributes to lower carbon emissions.
